Collaborative Effort, Quick Problem Solving
Effective collaboration helps to troubleshoot efficiently. During the use of Guance, the knowledge and experience each member gains while exploring system issues can be recorded and shared through notes, snapshots, and other features. Everyone can view these records, and new members can quickly learn how to observe and solve problems through past notes and snapshots. You can also set up custom monitors for the data within the workspace using Guance’s monitoring features, and send alert notifications through custom channels (email, bots, Webhook, SMS).

Create Unified Dashboards
Create Unified Dashboards
Create unified dashboards to help you locate and analyze issues more quickly. With a variety of chart components, flexible DQL queries, and built-in data association query guidance, you can easily jump to related views and achieve faster data analysis paths.
Create and Share Your Snapshots
Save important and frequently used query conditions through snapshots to improve your work efficiency. Sharing common snapshots also helps synchronize information among team members. Additionally, you can view the query snapshots and charts shared by others, search and filter the entire team’s query history, track their viewing paths, and trace their past actions to clarify ideas and solve problems.

Use Notes to Record Your Work Process
Use Notes to Record Your Work Process
All members of the workspace can record their troubleshooting thoughts and code debugging notes in Guance. We strongly encourage members to make good use of these features. Record important and common chart data and troubleshooting experiences in notes to facilitate team information sharing. These notes also provide a tracking entry for troubleshooting when you and your team need to trace issues later.
